Rulada de carne cu baby mungo - Meat roll and baby mungo sprouts





Ingrediente:

carne (porc, vita, pui)
mustar dijon
bacon

- se prajeste bucata de carne, mai mult sau mai putin, in functie de cat vrei sa fie de facuta
- se scoate din tigaie si se unge cu mustar dijon cu o pensula
- se lasa la odihnit 10 min
- se inveleste in bacon, apoi in folie de alimente si se pune la frigider cel putin 30 min
- intre timp se face o coca din 50% faina integrala + 50% tarate, apa si sare
- din coca se intinde o foaie (se intinde cam greu deoarece se rupe foarte repede)
- apoi in coca se pune rulada de carne, inchisa bine
- se unge rulada cu putin ou deasupra
- apoi se pune in cuptorul incalzit si se lasa pana se rumeneste (10 minute la 175 de grade)
- garnitura: germeni de baby mungo pusi la aburi 10 minute



Ingredients:

- fry the meat into a pan
- glaze the meat with mustard
- let it rest for 10 minutes
- cover it with the bacon and seal everything with plastic foil
- let it rest for 30 minutes into the fridge
- in the meantime make a dough from 50% whole wheat flour and 50% bran, water and salt
- arrange the dough into a layer
- put in the dough the meat roll
- glaze it with egg
- put it in the hot oven for 10 minutes at 175 degrees
- make the garnish from sprouted mungo beans by steaming them for 10 minutes
