Chiftelute coreene - Korean meatballs




Ingrediente:

carne tocata de vita
marar, patrunjel
ceapa verde
albus de ou
susan, sare
coriandru (seminte sau frunze)

pentru sos:

sos de soia
ghimbir

-se amesteca carnea cu mararul, patrunjelul, albusul si sarea
-se fac bilute date prin seminte de susan
-apoi se pun in tava pe hartie de copt la cuptor

sosul:
sos de soia cu ghimbir ras amestecate in castron

- chiftelutele se inmoaie in castronelul cu sos

Legume: orice (ardei gras, salata, rosii, castravete), taiate chinezeste (fidelute) si puse separat pe o farfurie
- se mananca cu bete



Ingredients:

minced beef meat
dill and parsley
green onion
egg white
sesame seeds, salt
coriander (seeds or leaves)

for the sauce:

soy sauce
ginger

-mix the meat with the dill, parsley, egg white and salt
-make small balls and roll them through the sesame seeds
-put them into a tray with cooking foil in the oven

sauce:
-mix soy sauce with chopped ginger into a bowl
Deep the meatballs into the sauce.

garnish:
vegetables, cut them Chinese style and put them separately on a plate

Enjoy with chopsticks!
