Faza 2 - PHASE 2 - Risotto cu parmezan, mozzarella si sos pesto - Risotto with parmesan, mozzarella and pesto sauce





Reteta pentru Faza 2

Ingrediente:

1 ceapa mica
1 catel de usturoi
100 gr de basmati
1 lingurita de unt
1 lingura de ulei
100 gr mozzarella
100 gr parmezan
sos pesto (busuioc, seminte de pin, parmezan si ulei de masline)

Se calesc in ulei, ceapa si usturoiul. Dupa 2 minute, se adauga orezul. Se amesteca bine si timp de 15-20 minute se toarna apa, cate putin (se poate folosi si supa). La sfarsit, se da la o parte de pe foc si se adauga untul, mozzarella si parmezanul. Se serveste cald cu sos pesto.

Recipe for phase 2

Ingredients:

1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
100 gr of Basmati rice
1 teaspoon of butter
1 tablespoon of oil
100 gr mozzarella
100 gr Parmesan cheese
pesto sauce (basil, pine nuts, parmesan and olive oil)

Simmer in oil the onion and garlic. After 2 minutes, add the rice. Mix thoroughly for 15-20 minutes and pour some water from time to time (you can also use soup). At the end, take the pan from the heat and add butter, Parmesan and mozzarella. Serve warm with pesto sauce.

Supa de spanac - Spinach soup





Ingrediente:

2 cepe verzi
200 gr spanac congelat
100 gr smantana
o lingura de ulei
sare
piper

Se caleste ceapa timp de 2-3 minute, dupa care se adauga spanacul, sarea si piperul. Se amesteca bine si se adauga 200 ml de apa. Se lasa la fiert timp de 10 minute. La sfarsit, se adauga smantana si se mai fierbe 2-3 minute. Se serveste calda. Dupa gust se mai poate adauga smantana in farfurie.


Ingredients:

2 green onions
200 gr of frozen spinach
100 gr of sour cream
one tablespoon of oil
salt
pepper

Simmer the onions for 2-3 minutes, then add the spinach, salt and pepper. Mix well and add 200 ml of water. Let it boil for 10 minutes. At the end, add the sour cream and let it cook for 2-3 minutes longer. Serve hot. You can add more sour cream into the bowl.

Bruschetta Monti






Ingrediente:

ciabatta monti
mozzarella de vaca
mozzarella de bivolita
masline grecesti
ulei de masline virgin
rosii cherry
rosii cherry galbene
rosii kumato
busuioc proaspat

Intr-un castron, se amesteca ingredientele de mai sus. Painea se pune pe grill cateva minute. Se unge cu usturoi, cat e calda. Amestecul se pune pe paine si se serveste.

Ingredients:

ciabatta monti
mozzarella
buffalo mozzarella
Greek olives
virgin olive oil
cherry tomatoes
yellow cherry tomatoes
kumato tomatoes
fresh basil

In a bowl, mix all the above ingredients. Grill the bread for a few minutes. Rub the bread with garlic, while it's hot. Put the mix on slices of bread and serve.

Budinca Monti cu vermicelli - Monti Pudding with vermicelli






Ingrediente:

200 gr vermicelli de mungo
200 gr de branza sarata
100 gr de cascaval
50 gr de parmezan
5 oua

Se fierb vermicelli, conform instructiunilor de pe pachet si se clatesc in apa rece. Se amesteca toate ingredientele de mai sus si se pun intr-o tava. Se pune tava la cuptor 30-40 minute la 180 de grade.
Se serveste calda.



Ingredients:

200 gr of mung vermicelli
200 gr of salty cheese
100 gr of cheese
50 gr Parmesan
5 eggs

Boil the vermicelli according to the package instructions and rinse in cold water. Mix all the above ingredients and place it into a tray. Place the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Serve hot.

Gulas cehesc in paine monti - Czech Goulash in monti bread








Ingrediente:

500 gr carne de vaca
3 cepe medii
4 linguri ulei
3 linguri paprika
sare
piper

Ceapa se taie in cuburi (1/2 cm) si se caleste in cele 4 linguri de ulei. Cand ceapa capata o culoare maro inchis, se adauga cele 3 linguri de paprika si se amesteca bine. Se adauga carnea taiata cuburi, sare si piper, se acopera oala cu capac si se lasa sa fiarba la foc mic. Nu se pune apa deloc, carnea v-a lasa destula zeama in care sa fiarba. Timp de 2 ore se tot amesteca. Daca vrem mai mult sos se adauga la sfarsit apa si se mai lasa la fiert 10-15 minute.

Se serveste cu dumplings (KNEDLIKY) sau in paine monti.


Ingredients:

500 gr beef meat
3 medium onions
4 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons paprika
salt
pepper

Cut the onions into small cubes (1/2 cm) and cook it in 4 tablespoons of oil. When the onions turn a dark brown colour, add the 3 tablespoons of paprika and stir well. Add the diced meat, salt and pepper, cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer on low heat. Don't add any water at all, the meat is going to leave plenty of water to boil in. Let it cook for 2 hours, mix it from time to time. If you want more sauce, add water to the end and let it boil for 10-15 minutes more.

Serve with dumplings (KNEDLIKY) or in monti bread.
