Gogosi Monti - Monti Doughnuts






Ingrediente:

gluten (facut in casa, cam un pumn)
tarate ( o cana jumate)
faina integrala (o cana jumate)
faina de soia (o cana)
un iaurt mic
2 oua
un cub de drojdie prospata
putin ulei de masline
putina nucsoara, scortisoara si coaja de lamaie rase
fructoza dupa gust
cam o cana cu apa in care am dizolvat drojdia

Se amesteca toate ingredientele si se lasa la crescut cam o jumatate de ora (atat le-am tinut eu), apoi se pun la prajit intr-o oala cu ulei incins.

Ingredients:

gluten (about the size of a fist)
bran (1 cup and a half)
whole wheat flour (1 cup and a half)
soya flour (1 cup)
one yoghurt
2 eggs
one small cube of yeast
a bit of olive oil
a bit of nutmeg, cinnamon and peeled lemon skin
one cup of water to dissolve the yeast

Mix all ingredients and let the dough to rise for half an hour. Fry them into a pan with oil.

Chiftelute de pui cu naut - Chicken meatballs with chick peas





Ingrediente:

- jumatate de piept de pui
- o cutie de naut
- un ou
- patrunjel si menta
- lapte monti (sau lapte de soia) si 3-4 foi de dafin

Intr-o tava se pun cam 2 degete de lapte (eu am pus lapte de soia) si foi de dafin (3-4). Se pune pietul de pui taiat fasiute in tava si se baga in cuptorul incins 10 minute. Dupa ce s-a racit putin puiul, se mixeaza (se face ca frimiturile de paine). La fel se mixeaza (paseaza) nautul si se amesteca toate: pui, naut patrunjel (2 lingurite), menta (1 lingurita) si sare. Se fac chiftelutele cu mana si se dau prin amestec de faina Monti. Se prajesc si se mananca cu multa pofta!!!

Ingredients:

-half of chicken breast
-one can of chick peas
-one egg
-parsley and mint
-monti milk (or soya milk) and 3-4 bay leaves

In a tray add 2 fingers length of milk and the bay leaves. Put the chicken breast and let it cook in a hot oven for 10 minutes. After the chicken is cooled down, mix it (like bread crumbs). Do the same with the chick peas and then mix all ingredients into one composition. Using your hands, make small meatballs and take them through Monti flour (50% whole wheat flour and 50% bran). Fry them into a pan.

Chiftelute coreene - Korean meatballs




Ingrediente:

carne tocata de vita
marar, patrunjel
ceapa verde
albus de ou
susan, sare
coriandru (seminte sau frunze)

pentru sos:

sos de soia
ghimbir

-se amesteca carnea cu mararul, patrunjelul, albusul si sarea
-se fac bilute date prin seminte de susan
-apoi se pun in tava pe hartie de copt la cuptor

sosul:
sos de soia cu ghimbir ras amestecate in castron

- chiftelutele se inmoaie in castronelul cu sos

Legume: orice (ardei gras, salata, rosii, castravete), taiate chinezeste (fidelute) si puse separat pe o farfurie
- se mananca cu bete



Ingredients:

minced beef meat
dill and parsley
green onion
egg white
sesame seeds, salt
coriander (seeds or leaves)

for the sauce:

soy sauce
ginger

-mix the meat with the dill, parsley, egg white and salt
-make small balls and roll them through the sesame seeds
-put them into a tray with cooking foil in the oven

sauce:
-mix soy sauce with chopped ginger into a bowl
Deep the meatballs into the sauce.

garnish:
vegetables, cut them Chinese style and put them separately on a plate

Rulada de carne cu baby mungo - Meat roll and baby mungo sprouts





Ingrediente:

carne (porc, vita, pui)
mustar dijon
bacon

- se prajeste bucata de carne, mai mult sau mai putin, in functie de cat vrei sa fie de facuta
- se scoate din tigaie si se unge cu mustar dijon cu o pensula
- se lasa la odihnit 10 min
- se inveleste in bacon, apoi in folie de alimente si se pune la frigider cel putin 30 min
- intre timp se face o coca din 50% faina integrala + 50% tarate, apa si sare
- din coca se intinde o foaie (se intinde cam greu deoarece se rupe foarte repede)
- apoi in coca se pune rulada de carne, inchisa bine
- se unge rulada cu putin ou deasupra
- apoi se pune in cuptorul incalzit si se lasa pana se rumeneste (10 minute la 175 de grade)
- garnitura: germeni de baby mungo pusi la aburi 10 minute



Ingredients:

meat (pork, beef, chicken)
Dijon mustard
bacon

- fry the meat into a pan
- glaze the meat with mustard
- let it rest for 10 minutes
- cover it with the bacon and seal everything with plastic foil
- let it rest for 30 minutes into the fridge
- in the meantime make a dough from 50% whole wheat flour and 50% bran, water and salt
- arrange the dough into a layer
- put in the dough the meat roll
- glaze it with egg
- put it in the hot oven for 10 minutes at 175 degrees
- make the garnish from sprouted mungo beans by steaming them for 10 minutes

Supa de avocado - Avocado soup




Ingrediente:

avocado
menta
patrunjel
ceapa verde
chimen
smantana
supa de legume
un catel de usturoi
si sare dupa gust

Ceapa, usturoiul si o lingurita de chimen se calesc putin intr-o lingura de ulei de masline, dupa care se adauga supa de legume. Se lasa la fiert cam 7-10 minute. Se strecoara totul si se lasa la racit zeama. Dupa 20 minute se adauga avocado taiat cubulete, menta si patrunjel si se paseaza toate (cu mixerul). La sfarsit se adauga smantana si sare dupa gust.



Ingredients:

avocado
mint
parsley
green onion
cumin
cream
one clove of garlic
vegetable soup
and salt

Take the onion, the garlic and one tsp of cumin, add them into a pan with one tsp of olive oil and let them stir for 5 minutes. Then add the vegetable soup. Let them boil for about 7-10 minutes. Separate the liquid and let it cool down. After 20 minutes, add the avocado (cut it into small square pieces), the mint and the parsley and mix them all together. At the end, add cream and salt according to your taste.

Sper ca aceste retete sa fie de folos oricui tine dieta lui Montignac.
